Earlier this month London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames approve a change of use application for a commercial unit in Twickenham town centre. The application site at Cross Deep Court had an A3 Use Class which has now been increased to allow  A1, A2, A3, B1, D1  and D2 uses. The application was supported by Kronen Limited’s Transport Statement which included analysis of parking and servicing arrangments. A post-submission note including detailed swept path analysis was also provided to achieve a favourable consultation response from LB Richmond transport and highways department.
