LB Richmond upon Thames approve a planning application for the creation of a vehicle access / dropped kerb and off-street parking for a dwelling in Richmond town centre. The application was supported by Kronen’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)) and ‘Richmond Parking Survey Methodology’ (LB Richmond upon Thames, unpublished draft). The Officer’s Report highlights the importance of parking surveys in securing a ‘no objection’ consultation response from local highways / transport officers. The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames approve a Construction Method Statement planning condition discharge application in Richmond town centre. Kronen supported the construction project manager during the preparation of the CMS with feasibility plans and negotiated with planning and transport / highways officers prior to determination.
