Success – Approved Application and Residential Parking Survey
In December 2016 Kronen were instructed to support a flatted development in London Borough of Brent as follows: “Demolition of existing care home building and erection of a two storey building with a converted loft space and basement level to provide 5 self-contained flats (2 x 3 bed and 3 x 2 bed) with associated car and cycle parking spaces, bin stores, amended drop kerb and landscaping”. The instruction was for a Parking Survey to address “overspill” on-street parking impact concerns as the proposals didn’t meet Development Plan maximum off-street parking standards for new development (Policy DMP 12 Parking and Appendix 1 of Development Management Policies, LB Brent, 2016).
