Success – Approved Application and Transport Planning Consultant Services in Twickenham
Last week the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames approved a new residential development. The application site was for Kestrel House, 111 Heath Road Twickenham TW1 4AH. The application sought 4 apartments (2 × 1-bedroom apartments and 2 × 2-bedroom apartments). The application was the second and final stage of the redevelopment of Kestrel House; in 2014 and 2015 Kronen had supported the developer with an approval at planning appeal. The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames planning application reference for the 4 apartment scheme was 16/1293. The planning application was supported by Kronen Limited’s Transport Statement.
