Last week the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames approved a new residential development. The application site was for Kestrel House, 111 Heath Road Twickenham TW1 4AH. The application sought 4 apartments (2 × 1-bedroom apartments and 2 × 2-bedroom apartments). Recently Brighton & Hove City Council granted permission for a new residential development. The application site comprised of a large Victorian school building constructed in the 1880s located on Preston Road in Brighton. The application site was vacant previously developed land. The Forest of Dean District Council planning application reference was P0336/17/OUT.
