Recent APPROVAL for car park / service area infill extensions creating commercial floorspace in Slough town centre. We were working alongside Jaspar (agents and designers). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Swept Path Analysis Vehicle Tracking and Transport Technical Note. Approval – Approved Application and Transport Technical Note in Richmond Town Centre

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 11 Paved Court, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1LZ (in London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames). The application site is an existing shop, Susan Clarke Jewellers, with retail space at ground floor and storage on upper first and second floors. The site has no vehicle access and no off-street parking. The proposals sought internal remodelling to provide 1 × 1-bedroom 2-person apartment on upper floors whilst retaining the Susan Clarke Jewellers ground floor shop. The retained retail floorspace and proposed apartment will be “car capped” and respective commercial operators and future resident occupants will be eligible to apply for up to 1 × business and 1 × resident on-street CPZ parking permit only by Section 106 Agreement. Recent APPROVAL for extensions creating additional storeys for mixed use car free office units and residential apartments on top of an existing supermarket and office building in Northampton town centre. KRONEN were working alongside Resolution Planning (agent) and LMR Designs (designers). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement Technical Note. The principle of car free development required robust justification due to the default position Northamptonshire County Council Highways adopt on these matters. APPROVED APPLICATION AND PARKING SURVEY IN BEXLEY

Recent APPROVAL for the change of use and conversion of a bank to 5 × car free / zero parking apartments in Blackfen, Sidcup in LB Bexley for J & P Atkins Development Limited. We were appointed after LB Bexley highways / transport department had issued a holding objection. The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey. The survey was carried out to both the “Lambeth Methodology” and to local informal survey parameters. The zero parking element of the proposal needed robust justification in light of the site’s low PTAL with no Permit CPZ controls and LB Bexley’s context as an Outer London Borough.
