Approved Application and Transport Statement Coulsdon West

Last week Croydon Council planning committee approved a new residential development in the Coulsdon West Ward. The application site was 10 Smitham Downs Road, Purley, CR8 4NA. KRONEN assisted Lumiere Property from initial feasibility pre-app and full planning (Transport Statement) up to the application determination; RIBA Plan of Work Stages 1 to 3. The application sought approval for an apartment building comprising 8 × apartments and 1 × bungalow dwelling to the rear of the site. The proposed schedule of accommodation was 3 × 1-bedroom apartments, 3 × 2-bedroom apartments, 2 × 3-bedroom apartments and 1 × 3-bedroom bungalow dwelling. The proposal included a proposed new vehicle access to serve 4 × off-street vehicle spaces. Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “19/02313/FUL”. KRONEN had been appointed and retained to work with DB Planners and Don’t Move Extend for a residential development in the Sudbury area of Brent. The site is currently a single dwelling with a long access. Approval – Approved Application and Transport Technical Note in Hampton Wick

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at Tabard House, 22 Upper Teddington Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 4DT (in London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames). The application site is an existing apartment building in the Hampton Wick area. The proposals sought extensions / alterations to provide 1 × apartment on to the rear at second floor level. The proposals included reconfigured existing parking areas. Proposals were supported by a Transport Technical Note. KRONEN were working alongside T Kearney Architects (architects and agents). The LB Richmond planning application ref was “19/2102/FUL” and the application was approved towards the end of last month. Success – Approved Application and Transport Statement in Gipsy Hill, Lambeth

Over the past couple of years KRONEN has worked with Barnes Designs on proposals for a mixed-use residential-led development in the Gipsy Hill area of Lambeth. The site has an established vehicle repair workshop / garage use. Approval – Approved Application and Transport Technical Note in Guildford, Surrey

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 21 Send Barns Lane, Send, Woking, GU23 7BP (in Guildford Borough Council / Surrey County Council). The proposal was for the “Demolition of the existing 6no. outbuildings and replacement with 3 new detached dwellings, together with associated refuse, cycle and parking facilities”. KRONEN were working alongside Goater Jones (architects and agents). KRONEN’s Transport Technical Note assessed the main transport issues for the proposal which were: new site access, site layout and parking provisions.
