Approved Residential Development and Transport planning consultant services in Purley
Earlier this month Croydon Council approved a new residential development in Purley. The application site was 21 Box Ridge Avenue, Purley, CR8 3AS. The application sought approval for an apartment building comprising 9 × apartments. The proposed schedule of accommodation was 1 × 1-bedroom apartment, 7 × 2-bedroom apartments and 1 × 3-bedroom apartment. The proposal included a proposed new vehicle access to serve 5 × off-street vehicle spaces. Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “19/02531/FUL”. The formal description was: “Demolition of existing dwelling. Erection of a three storey building comprising of 1x one bedroom, 7x 2 bedroom and 1x three bedroom flats. Provision of associated parking, amenity space, cycle and refuse stores”. We were working alongside OB Architecture (architects and agents). Approved Church Application and Transport Planning Reports in Coulsdon, Croydon
Between 2017 and 2019 KRONEN has worked for St. Mary and St. Shenouda Coptic Orthodox Church on proposals for a replacement hall and refurbishment annex building in Coulsdon. The Church is St. Mary and St. Shenouda Coptic Orthodox Church at Rickman Hill, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 3DS (in the London Borough of Croydon). At present The Church site comprises various buildings: the main church building, the annex building and the community hall. Approved School Expansion Application And Transport Statement In Maidstone
In the past week Kent County Council planning committee granted permission for the 2 form entry expansion of The Maplesden Noakes School coeducational secondary and sixth form school as follows: “Full planning application for the proposed 2 form of entry expansion involving: a) the erection of a new freestanding three-storey teaching block; b) single-storey extension of existing dining area; c) provision of additional 22 car parking spaces; and d) associated landscaping works.” The application site was The Maplesden Noakes School, Buckland Road, Maidstone, Kent ME16 0TJ. Approved Hotel Development and Travel Plan in Hull
KRONEN were sub-contracted to provide travel planning services for a hotel development in Hull town centre. Hotel proposals were approved at Hull City Council planning committee this week. The proposals comprise of: 105 × bedroom hotel, 5 × serviced apartments, 1 × hotel bar / cafe / restaurant, 1 × banquet hall. The proposals had heavily restrained parking provisions. The Travel Plan was prepared in accordance with current web-based best practice guidance for example Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government’s National Planning Practice Guidance: Travel plans, transport assessments and statements and with published guidance such as Good Practice Guidelines: “Delivering Travel Plans through the Planning Process” (DCLG & DfT, 2009).
