Approval at Croydon Council Planning committee last week
APPROVAL at committee last week for a residential development comprising 9 × apartments and houses with 4 × car parking spaces in Purley. We were working for Everett Property Consultants alongside Robinson Escott Planning (agent) and Pellings (designer). The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement. Croydon Council’s planning reference was “19/03410/FUL”. The description was “Demolition of existing buildings; Erection of 7no. apartments and 2no. dwellings and associated works”. Approved residential Application and Parking Survey in Penge
London Borough of Bromley approve a planning application for loft / roof extensions and alterations to an existing apartment block to increase residential accommodation from 6 × apartments to 9 × apartments. The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). KRONEN’s Parking Survey report assessed the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact and justified the proposal in accordance with Development Plan policies and National Planning Policy Framework (MHCLG, 2019).
