Approved Application and Transport Statement Technical Note in Kingswood, Reigate and Banstead, Surrey

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at Land at Bracken House, Waterhouse Lane, Kingswood, Surrey, KT20 6LF (in Reigate and Banstead Borough Council). The proposals sought a large new dwelling with access and parking. KRONEN were working alongside Goater Jones (architects and agents). Approved Residential Development and Transport and Highways Advice in Croydon

At the end of last year Croydon Council approved a new residential development in Purley. The application site was 37 Pampisford Road, Purley, CR8 2NG. The application sought approval for an apartment building comprising 7 × apartments and a bungalow building to the rear of the site. The proposal included a proposed new vehicle access to serve 4 × off-street vehicle spaces. Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “19/01886/FUL”. The formal description was: “Demolition of the existing building and garage. Erection of two storey building with accommodation in the roof space and single storey building at the rear to provide a total of 8 units as well as associated refuse and cycle stores, landscaping, vehicular access and car parking”. APPROVED – SWEPT PATH ANALYSIS VEHICLE TRACKING IN BRENT

In 2019 KRONEN assisted with an approval for 7 apartments in LB Brent (application “19/2423” as per https://www.kronenlimited.com/kronen-news/transport-statement-in-sudbury-brent-september-2019/ Application “19/3720” was subsequently submitted to discharge a condition relating to a construction method statement (“Details pursuant to condition number 7 (construction method statement) of full planning application reference 19/2423 dated 2nd September 2019 for Demolition of the existing single dwellinghouse and erection of a 3-storey residential building comprising 7 self-contained units (6 x 2-bed and 1 x 3-bed) with associated car parking, soft and hard landscaping, cycle and waste storage”). Prior to determination KRONEN were retained to undertake Swept Path Analysis Vehicle Tracking to officers’ satisfaction.
