Approved FUL and LBC Applications and Transport Consultant Services at Doughty House Richmond
KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at Grade II Listed Doughty House on Richmond Hill. Approved proposals sought permission for a new vehicle access, a new gallery extension, an extension of the basement for 4 × additional parking spaces, partial removal and reconstruction of flank wall to rear of house and various internal layout alterations and technical amendments (car lift, games room, swimming pool, cinema). KRONEN transport consultant services included pre-app / feasibility advice and planning support on highways matters (the principle of new access to the classified road, access design and swept path analysis etc. etc.). KRONEN were working alongside HTP (architects and agents). LB Richmond’s full planning application ref was “19/0879/FUL”. Approved Residential Application and Parking Survey in Crouch End
LB Haringey approve a planning application to create additional storeys and residential accommodation on an existing apartment block in the Crouch End area; the approved works will create a net additional 8 × apartments (a total of 25 × apartments). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). LB Haringey’s planning reference was “HGY/2019/2198”. The description was “Renovation of the building involving the addition of 2 storeys to facilitate the creation of an additional 8 x self-contained flats and to subdivide 10 x existing single bedroom units to 2 bedroom units with associated bicycle and refuse storage”.
