Approved Residential Application and Parking Survey in Wimbledon
Last week Merton Council virtual planning committee approved a planning application for 8 × apartments with retained existing dropped kerbs and vehicle access serving 2 × off-street parking spaces. KRONEN were working alongside Inspire Planning Solutions (planning consultants and agents). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). The application followed previous unsuccessful schemes supported by others (refused application “15/P3917” and dismissed appeal “APP/T5720/W/16/3150312” for a mixed use redevelopment for a day nursery and 7 × apartments with 2 × off-street parking spaces and refused application “16/P0350” and dismissed appeal “APP/T5720/W/16/3150319” for redevelopment for 9 × apartments with 4 × off-street parking spaces). Approved Residential Development and Transport Planning Consultant Services in Redbridge
Yesterday London Borough of Redbridge approved new residential developments in South Woodford. The neighbouring application sites were 214 to 220 Maybank Road and 222 to 228 Maybank Road. The applications sought 6 × apartments on top of existing buildings. London Borough of Redbridge’s planning application references were “0881/20” and “0882/20”. The planning applications were supported by KRONEN Specialist Development Transport Planning consultants Transport Statements. The Transport Statement reports set out the existing sites, the sites’ accessibility using sustainable transport modes, the adjoining highway network, the proposals, the proposals’ parking and transport impact and integration with planning policy and guidance. APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT TECHNICAL NOTE IN KEW
KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals in relation to a large 8-bedroom 550sqm Victorian house at 25 Kew Gardens Road, Kew, Richmond, TW9 3HD. The proposals sought a partial change of use whilst retaining access and parking arrangements. KRONEN prepared a Transport Technical Note. KRONEN were working alongside John Rich Architects (architects and agents).
