Approved Conditions Discharge and Swept Path Analysis Services in Walthamstow LB Waltham Forest LBWF
KRONEN were recently appointed to assist with a proposal in Walthamstow, LB Waltham Forest / LBWF. On behalf of a regular client (Mr Shazad Mahmood) KRONEN supported conditions discharge application “201104” (an approved small apartment block) at 159 Chingford Road, Walthamstow, E17 4PN for the “Submission of details pursuant to conditions 3 (materials), 4 (constructions logistics plan), 5 (SUD’s report), 6 (energy statement), 8 (highways information) and 11 (water calculation) attached to planning permission reference 180272, granted 22/10/18”. APPROVED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSPORT PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES IN TEDDINGTON
Last month LB Richmond approved a new dwelling in Teddington. The application site was Land to the Rear of 178a – 184 Kingston Lane, Teddington, TW11 9HD. The application sought approval for a new dwelling with amended access and parking. LB Richmond’s planning application reference was “20/1484/FUL”. The formal description was: “Demolition of garage and erection of Coach House style dwelling.”. We were working alongside Union Architecture for Everett Property Consultants. The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Technical Note. The Note set out the existing site, the site’s accessibility using sustainable transport modes, the adjoining highway network, the proposals, the proposal’s parking and access, transport impact and integration with planning policy and guidance. APPROVED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSPORT PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES IN THURROCK
Last month Thurrock Council approved a new residential development in Aveley. The application site was Land at 23 Mill Road, Aveley, Essex, RM15 4SL. The application sought approval for a pair of semi-detached houses with new vehicle access and off-street vehicle spaces. Thurrock Council’s planning application reference was “20/00446/FUL”. The formal description was: “Erection of two new houses on land to the side of the existing house at 23 Mill Road, one 4 bedroom house and one 3 bedroom house, and new vehicle access way to Mill Road.
