Success – Approved Application and Transport Statement in St Margarets

Recently LB Richmond approved 2 × prior approval planning applications for residential development in St Margarets. The applications were: Application “21/1219/GPD15” for “Change of use from offices (B1a) to single dwelling house (C3)” Application “21/1220/GPD15” for “Change of use of suites 2, 3 and 4 from offices (B1) to 3 one-bedroom single family dwellings” The site for both applications was 47 St Margarets Grove, Twickenham. The site currently provides office suites. The 2 × prior approval planning applications followed a refused prior approval planning application (supported by others). The previous application had been refused on grounds of retaining a sub standard parking arrangement and thus in planning terms it was considered that the site provided no formal parking. Approved Application and Transport Statement Technical Note in Enfield

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 109 Park Avenue, Enfield, EN1 2BD (in the London Borough of Enfield). The proposals sought extensions / alterations to the existing apartment building to create a new crown roof with a new 3-bed apartment as well as parking layout changes. Approved Planning Application and Parking Survey in Crofton Park

Lewisham Council recently approved a planning application for alterations and extensions to a mixed use commercial and residential high street building (former Barclays Bank) to provide 4 × additional flats car free flats in the Crofton Park area. KRONEN were working alongside RE:DESIGN (architects and agents). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). Development Allowed at Appeal – Restrained Parking Proposal in Surbiton Supported by Transport Technical Note and Parking Survey

A proposal to replace an existing dwelling with a new apartment building in Surbiton has recently been allowed at appeal. The new apartment building will provide 6 × apartments, comprising 2 × 2-bedroom apartments and 4 × 3-bedroom apartments, with 2 × vehicle accesses providing access to 4 × off-street parking spaces. The application was “20/01216/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of new residential building comprising 6no.x dwellings with associated bins, cycle store, parking and dropped kerb widening to side and rear of site” at 19 Alexandra Drive, Surbiton, KT5 9AB (in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames).
