Approved Planning Application and Parking Survey in Whetstone, Barnet
London Borough of Barnet recently approved a planning application for a new-build block of 5 × flats in the Whetstone area. KRONEN were working alongside MK Architects (architects and agents). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). LB Barnet’s planning reference for the approval was “19/6590/FUL” at 128 Holden Road, London, N12 7EA. Approved Application and Outline Delivery Servicing Plan in Camden
KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 68 Mansfield Road, London, NW3 2HU. The front of the site operates as a retail store, Macey’s Pharmacy, with storage at the rear of the site. To regularise the use at the rear of the site a planning application was submitted. LB Camden’s reference for the planning application was “2019/3762/P”. The formal description given for the proposals was: “Change of use from retail (A1) to mixed retail (A1) and storage and distribution (B8) use (retrospective).” KRONEN were working with CREATE (planning consultants and agents).
