LOCAL COMMUNITY LED PARK PAVILION PROPOSAL APPROVED AT RICHMOND PLANNING COMMITTEE
London Borough of Richmond planning committee recently approved Moormead Community & Sports Pavilion Registered Charity’s proposal for the “Moormead Community & Sports Pavilion” at Moormead Park, St Margarets, Twickenham, TW1 1JS. The proposed pavilion will support Moormead Park local community uses and children’s sport activities by providing a kitchen / cafe / kiosk, toilet facilities, sports / community uses storage facilities. KRONEN were working alongside 50 Degrees North (architects). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement. LB Richmond’s planning reference for the approval was “20/3420/FUL” for “The demolition of existing pavilion building and replacement with a single storey community pavilion to accommodate a cafe and kiosk, community space, storage space for sports equipment, public toilets and ancillary storage space”. Approved Planning Application and Parking Survey in North Sheen Richmond
London Borough of Richmond recently approved a planning application for the sub-division of an existing house along with alterations and extensions to create 2 × 2-bedroom flats in the North Sheen area. KRONEN were working alongside 50 Degrees North (architects and agents). The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)) and local variations (mapping format and results output). Approved Application and Transport Statement in Hadley Wood
Enfield Council recently granted permission for 6 × apartments (4 × 2-bedroom apartments and 2 × 3-bedroom apartments) with 2 × vehicular access points (a relocated existing access point and a new access point) to serve 3 × electric vehicle parking spaces. The application site was 37 Lancaster Avenue, Barnet, EN4 0ER (in Hadley Wood). Enfield Council’s planning application reference was “20/03993/FUL” for the “Redevelopment of site and erection of a two storey block with lower basement level to provide 6 self-contained flats together with landscaping and associated car and cycle parking”. Approved Application and AutoCAD Vehicle Tracking Swept Path Analysis and Lambeth Methodology Parking Survey on Purley Downs Road South Croydon
Croydon Council recently granted permission for 2 × houses in the South Croydon area. The proposal created 2 × houses in land of the donor property (donor property retained). Following comments made by Croydon Council the site layout was revised to create 2 × parking spaces for the 3 × houses. The application site was 112 Purley Downs Road, South Croydon, CR2 0RR.
