Approved Application in Surrey Supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey
Reigate & Banstead Borough Council (with Surrey County Council as transport / highways authority) approve a new dwelling with restrained parking in Burgh Heath Tadworth. The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). KRONEN’s Parking Survey report assessed the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact and justified the proposal in accordance with Development Plan policies and National Planning Policy Framework (MHCLG, 2019). Reigate & Banstead Borough Council planning reference was “21/03084/F”. The description was “Erection of a new dwelling (end of terrace)”. Approved Application in Coulsdon Supporting by KRONEN’s Transport Statement
Approved Application in Coulsdon Supporting by KRONEN’s Transport Statement KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 58 Reddown Road, Coulsdon, CR5 1AX (in The London Borough of Croydon). The proposals sought a new building comprising 3 × apartments (2 × 2-bedroom apartments and 1 × 3-bedroom apartment) with 2 × parking spaces accessed via a new dropped kerb on garden land of a host / donor property. The site is in a TfL PTAL 2 accessibility area of Coulsdon. Justification of restrained parking and the new access were provided in a Transport Statement. Approved Office Extensions Planning Application and Transport Technical Note in East Sheen
KRONEN have recently worked on full planning proposals for extensions to a prominent building on the Upper Richmond Road West the A205 in East Sheen. The proposals created additional 3rd and 5th floors providing 430sqm of additional office floor space. KRONEN provided a Transport Technical Note providing justification of the proposals. The full planning application was recently approved. London Borough of Richmond application “21/3832/FUL” for the “Addition of Third-floor mansard roof and Fifth-floor mansard roof office space with associated fire escape; solar panels and plant on roof level” at Parkway House, Sheen Lane, East Sheen, London, SW14 8LS.
