APPEAL ALLOWED FOR APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT IN UXBRIDGE, SUPPORTED BY KRONEN’S TRANSPORT STATEMENT

The Planning Inspectorate recently allowed an appeal for a 6 × apartments and 3 × vehicle parking spaces in Uxbridge in London Borough of Hillingdon. The application site was 47 Fairfield Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1AZ. LB Hillingdon’s planning application reference was “21763/APP/2021/2568” for the “Erection of a new residential building including duplex basement, first and roof accommodation for one replacement dwelling and 5 new dwellings with associated parking, cycle store and bin store including the demolition of the existing house.” The proposal was appealed by written reps on a non-determination basis. APPROVED APPLICATION AND SWEPT PATH ANALYSIS, VEHICLE SIGHTLINES AND PEDESTRIAN SIGHTLINES TRANSPORT TECHNICAL NOTE ON FOXLEY LANE PURLEY

Croydon Council recently granted permission for 4 × flats in Purley. The proposal extended, altered and subdivided a house. The final site layout provided 1 × parking space for the 4 × flats. The application site was 66 Foxley Lane, Purley, CR8 3EE. Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “20/04273/FUL”. (Image: Penta Studio) KRONEN provided a Transport Technical Note (assessing AutoCAD 2022 Vehicle Tracking swept path analysis, vehicle sightlines and splays per Manual for Streets and pedestrian splays per local requirements) and Parking Survey report. KRONEN were retained from an earlier scheme iteration and application in 2019 and were working with Caridon Developments for Premier Assets. All work was delivered on-time and within budget.
