KRONEN supported proposals for 3 x 4-bedroom houses in Fleet town centre in Hampshire that were approved a couple of months ago. We have provided transport planning advice (scheme design, surveys and reports etc.) to the same project team for 8 planning applications and appeals at the site for flats and houses since 2017. Redevelopment of the Former Red Cross site in the town centre has been contentious. We are pleased to see that an application at the site has now been approved; application “21/02466/FUL” for the “Demolition of the existing former Red Cross building and garage and erection of 3 detached four bedroom dwellings with associated car and cycle parking and bin stores and altered access to the public highway” at 141-145 Clarence Road, Fleet, GU51 3RR. Approved Application and Parking Survey, Barnes, Richmond
The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames approve a planning application for change of use and alterations and extensions to create a family house on Elm Grove Road in Barnes. The application was supported by KRONEN’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2021)). As the proposal was for a family house without off-street parking (due to the physical constraints of the site) and as such the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in the parking survey report. The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames planning reference was “21/3498/FUL” at 17 Elm Grove Road. (Image Bing Maps) Contact KRONEN using either info@kronenlimited.com or 020 8541 1139 if your Barnes project requires similar parking survey support.
