APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT STATEMENT TECHNICAL NOTE IN UPPER NORWOOD / CRYSTAL PALACE, LAMBETH
Lambeth Council approve a planning application for modest mixed use development in Upper Norwood / Crystal Palace. KRONEN prepared a Transport Statement Technical Note to support the application. The proposal sought to create 2 × additional (car free / zero parking) flats to the existing building. Lambeth Council planning reference “21/02074/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing internal walls, external rendered walls and rebuilding external walls to match existing brick work, cornices and windows. Erection of a single storey upwards extension. Alterations to existing ground floor, basement retail layout and first floor flat. Erection double storey Live/Work unit with a single rooflight towards the rear” at 13 Westow Hill, London, SE19 1TQ. APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT STATEMENT ON CASTELNAU
KRONEN have recently supported full planning proposals for a new dwelling on Castelnau in Barnes. We worked alongside Wimshurst Pelleriti on the scheme. We provided a Transport Statement addressing key issues such as site planning history, access constraints to a primary A-road and proposed site layout etc. The full planning application was recently approved. LB Richmond reference “20/2923/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing garages and greenhouses and redevelopment to provide a single detached residential property” at Land Rear Of 130 Castelnau, Barnes. RECENT APPROVALS FOR ACCESSES, GATES AND PARKING IN RICHMOND
We’ve assisted projects that have recently been approved for changes to accesses, gates and parking in LB Richmond. These types of applications may appear straightforward but often involve careful consideration alongside planning, design, heritage etc. items. Considerations include whether off-street works are needed (generally avoid if possible), ingress / egress / manoeuvring, swept path analysis, vehicle and pedestrian sightlines and visibility, walls and boundary treatments, impacts to on-street parking, any street furniture, local design guidance (e.g. Transport SPD in LB Richmond).
