Approved Application and Transport Statement in Farnham, Waverley

In November 2024 Waverley Borough Council granted permission for new housing on a town centre car park site in Farnham town centre. The site was The Courtyard, 16 to 18 West Street, Farnham, GU9 7DR. Waverley Borough Council’s planning application reference was “WA/2024/01007” for the “Erection of five dwellings with photovoltaic panels on roofs associated amenity space landscaping car and cycle parking”. At the start of this year LB Harrow granted permission for new housing on a town centre car park site in Stanmore town centre. The site was Land South of Anmer Lodge, Stanmore, HA7 4EB. LB Harrow’s planning application reference was “PL/1756/24” for the “Redevelopment to provide part 3/part 4 storey building comprising of 7 terraced dwelling houses (5 X 4 bed and 2 X 3 bed): parking: landscaping: bin and cycle stores; highways works and works to the rear surface yards of Buckingham House”.
