Kronen successfully prepared a Transport Technical Note that resolved a highway holding objection, enabling planning application 07/25/0103/F to be approved by Broxbourne Council in March 2026. The application, for the change of use of a former cab and taxi store into a new café at 23–25 Cheshunt Wash, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, EN8 0LJ, had previously been refused twice. The café — Brun-Cai — opened for business in April 2026.
