Kronen was appointed to provide support on a complex primary school application in White City. Part of the instruction involved preparing a comprehensive Transport Statement. The school building involved permanent highways ‘stopping up’ of two adjacent streets. In order to assess the impact of the stopping up and traffic diversion / rerouting a series of six ATCs were installed by Kronen and the results were used to prepare a ‘first principles’ assignment model to forecast traffic impacts. Kronen’s survey work and subsequent analysis were important pieces of supporting information for local officers and committee members.
