KRONEN have recently worked with Rowan Orchid Architects on full planning proposals for a site near Blackwater (within Hart District Council).
The proposal site comprises a locally listed farm house that has been significantly damaged through fire and exposed to the elements for a number of years. The proposal sought 3 × 4-bedroom dwellings: bringing the farm house back to use with alterations and extensions and 2 × new build dwellings.
The main transport issues for the proposal were vehicle parking, access, layout and refuse servicing. The proposals were supported by a Transport Statement Technical Note.
The full planning application was recently approved.
The Hart DC application number was “20/02024/FUL” for the “Refurbishment of existing four bedroom farm house and a single storey rear extension, and construction of 2 additional four bedroom dwellings with associated hard and soft landscaping and parking (following demolition of side and rear extensions in the farmhouse)” at Hawley Farm House, Hawley Road, Blackwater, Camberley, GU17 9ED.
