APPROVAL at committee last month for a residential development comprising 6 × 4-bedroom houses with 6 × car parking spaces at Wyvern Road / Pampisford Road in Purley.

The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.

Croydon Council’s planning reference “19/04443/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing house and erection of 6 dwellings in two buildings with external bin and cycle store with associated parking and landscaping” at 1 Wyvern Road, Purley, CR8 2NQ.
