Croydon Council recently granted permission for 2 × houses in the South Croydon area.
The proposal created 2 × houses in land of the donor property (donor property retained).
Following comments made by Croydon Council the site layout was revised to create 2 × parking spaces for the 3 × houses.
The application site was 112 Purley Downs Road, South Croydon, CR2 0RR.
Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “21/04797/FUL”.
