Croydon Council recently granted permission for 4 × flats in Purley.
The proposal extended, altered and subdivided a house.
The final site layout provided 1 × parking space for the 4 × flats.
The application site was 66 Foxley Lane, Purley, CR8 3EE.
Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “20/04273/FUL”.

KRONEN provided a Transport Technical Note (assessing AutoCAD 2022 Vehicle Tracking swept path analysis, vehicle sightlines and splays per Manual for Streets and pedestrian splays per local requirements) and Parking Survey report.
KRONEN were retained from an earlier scheme iteration and application in 2019 and were working with Caridon Developments for Premier Assets.
