Approved Application and Transport Statement at Smitham Downs Road Purley

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 16 Smitham Downs Road, Purley, CR8 4NB.

The proposals sought a new build apartment building providing 9 × apartments.

KRONEN were working for Context Architecture (architects and agents) and provided a Transport Statement and further advice and evidence leading up to committee.

Croydon Council planning application ref was “20/05575/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing dwelling, erection of a 3/4 storey building comprising 9 flats with basement car parking, landscaping and amenity space”.
