In November 2024 Waverley Borough Council granted permission for new housing on a town centre car park site in Farnham town centre.
The site was The Courtyard, 16 to 18 West Street, Farnham, GU9 7DR.
Waverley Borough Council’s planning application reference was “WA/2024/01007” for the “Erection of five dwellings with photovoltaic panels on roofs associated amenity space landscaping car and cycle parking”.
