Approved Application and Transport Statement in Farnham, Waverley

In November 2024 Waverley Borough Council granted permission for new housing on a town centre car park site in Farnham town centre.

The site was The Courtyard, 16 to 18 West Street, Farnham, GU9 7DR.

Waverley Borough Council’s planning application reference was “WA/2024/01007” for the “Erection of five dwellings with photovoltaic panels on roofs associated amenity space landscaping car and cycle parking”.

The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement (justifying restrained parking, access via an existing period undercroft, layout and servicing).
