Approved Application and Transport Statement in Haringey

Last week Haringey Council granted permission for church and church hall improvements / refurbishment works and a new extension building for apartments at Hornsey Parish Church in Haringey.

“Refurbishment of buildings including replacement front wing addition to provide additional community use floorspace and erection of two storeys on top of the existing hall comprising six residential units, access provided by a new stair and lift core to the rear.”

The application site was St Marys and St Georges Church Hall, Cranley Gardens, London, N10 3AH.

Haringey Council’s planning application reference was “HGY/2020/2419”.

KRONEN were working with Wimshurst Pelleriti (architect) for Homes for Habitat and Hornsey Parish Church.

The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.

The main issue for the Transport Statement was the net reduction of on-site parking and along with the introduction of 6 × apartments.

We had been involved on the project since 2017 helping on earlier iterations of the design and supporting pre-app submissions with notes and attendance in meeting.

All work was delivered on-time and within budget.
