Approved Application and Transport Statement in Harrow

At the start of this year LB Harrow granted permission for new housing on a town centre car park site in Stanmore town centre.

The site was Land South of Anmer Lodge, Stanmore, HA7 4EB.

LB Harrow’s planning application reference was “PL/1756/24” for the “Redevelopment to provide part 3/part 4 storey building comprising of 7 terraced dwelling houses (5 X 4 bed and 2 X 3 bed): parking: landscaping: bin and cycle stores; highways works and works to the rear surface yards of Buckingham House”.
