Approved Application and Transport Statement Technical Note in Forestdale

Croydon Council recently granted permission for 4 × houses in the Forestdale area. The proposal was designed as a “contemporary reinterpretation” of the pavilions in the neighbouring Crofters Mead Estate.

The application site was 1 The Warren, The Green, Croydon, CR0 9AL.

Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “21/02468/FUL”.
