The proposals sought new buildings providing a total of 9 × new 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom dwellings.
Parking and access alongside other transport matters were assessed in a Transport Statement.

Croydon Council planning application ref was “20/06661/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing 2no. detached dwellings, and construction of 9no. new dwellings (5 x 3bed units and 4 x 4bed units) with associated parking and landscaping”.
