London Borough of Barnet recently approved a planning application for a new-build block of 5 × flats in the Whetstone area.
KRONEN were working alongside MK Architects (architects and agents).
The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)).
LB Barnet’s planning reference for the approval was “19/6590/FUL” at 128 Holden Road, London, N12 7EA.
(This was the second approved flatted development KRONEN have supported on Holden Road in recent years.)
