KRONEN were appointed to help get a residential proposal over the line in Feltham following Hounslow transport officer’s comments on the active planning application.
We carried out swept path analysis on the proposed plans using AutoCAD Vehicle Tracking.
The analysis was included on Union Architecture’s plans and the application was approved.
The application (“P/2020/1101”) was for the “Retrospective application for the use of the building as two self-contained flats” at Victoria Cottage, Main Street, Feltham, TW13 6SU.
The officer’s report noted:
“The development proposes three car parking spaces to the front whilst maintaining vehicular access to the rear of the site. The three car parking spaces have been tracked and can be safely entered and exiting via a reduced 4.2m wide crossover. This reduced crossover requires the reinstatement of the remainder of the site frontage to be reinstated as a kerb and footway as secured via condition.”
