Approved Planning Application in Selsdon – AutoCAD Vehicle Tracking Swept Path Analysis

KRONEN were recently appointed to assist with a proposal in Selsdon, South Croydon.

KRONEN were appointed to assist with a proposal in Selsdon, South Croydon last year.

KRONEN provided AutoCAD Vehicle Tracking swept path analysis to help design / support a proposed site plan for the new house and donor house.

The work and application were approved at Croydon Council Planning Sub Committee last week; application “21/02848/FUL” for the “Erection of a four bedroom detached dwelling with associated parking, landscaping, cycle storage and refuse storage”.
