The proposal sought to vary an approved development for 7 x apartments and 2 x houses at 105 Woodcote Grove Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2AN.
KRONEN provided AutoCAD Vehicle Tracking swept path analysis of the revised proposed site plan.
The work and application were recently approved; application “20/05185/CONR” “Seeking to vary conditions 2 (drawing numbers) and 8 (car parking) attached to planning permission 19/03539/FUL seeking removal of integral garages to plots 1 & 2 to improve the internal ground floor layouts”.
