Towards the end of last year Kronen were instructed by Price & Myers to support a new replacement training centre at St Christopher’s Hospice, Lawrie Park Road, Sydenham, London, SE26 6DZ (in the London Borough of Bromley).
The instruction was for a Parking Survey to assess the on-street parking impacts of the proposals as part of a Transport Assessment.

Kronen’s on-street residential parking surveys were carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)).
The redevelopment was approved last month; LB Bromley’s planning reference was 17/00861.
