The Planning Inspectorate allow an application for ground floor retail and 2 x car free apartments in Richmond town centre.

The application was supported by Kronen’s Transport Technical Note.

The Transport Technical Note covered / justified car free parking, cycle parking and servicing.

LB Richmond’s planning reference was 17/1621.

The PINS appeal reference was APP/L5810/W/17/3182974.
