Approved Application in Coulsdon Supporting by KRONEN’s Transport Statement
KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 58 Reddown Road, Coulsdon, CR5 1AX (in The London Borough of Croydon).
The proposals sought a new building comprising 3 × apartments (2 × 2-bedroom apartments and 1 × 3-bedroom apartment) with 2 × parking spaces accessed via a new dropped kerb on garden land of a host / donor property.
The site is in a TfL PTAL 2 accessibility area of Coulsdon. Justification of restrained parking and the new access were provided in a Transport Statement.
KRONEN were working alongside CH + MRP Architects.
Croydon Council planning application ref was 20/02726/FUL for the “Demolition of single storey detached side garage and erection of a two/storey (with lower ground floor level and roof accommodation) building comprising 3 self-contained flats; new vehicular crossovers to facilitate vehicular parking for the host and new property; hard and soft landscaping; land level alterations; boundary treatment; private/communal/play space; refuse and cycle provision; demolition of single storey side conservatory extension and partial two storey side extension to the host property”.
