Working for Palatium Properties with Typology Architects + Interiors KRONEN supported conditions discharge “20/05688/DISC” for the “Approval of details required by Conditions 5 (Visibility Splays), 6 (Cycle stores) and 7 (Boundary Treatments) of planning permission 19/04418/FUL” at 4 Vincent Road, Croydon, CR0 6ED.
KRONEN provided a Transport Technical Note and drawings in accordance with recently adopted design guidance set out in “Suburban Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document” (Croydon Council, 2019).
The work and application were recently approved.
