London Borough of Richmond planning committee recently approved Moormead Community & Sports Pavilion Registered Charity’s proposal for the “Moormead Community & Sports Pavilion” at Moormead Park, St Margarets, Twickenham, TW1 1JS.
The proposed pavilion will support Moormead Park local community uses and children’s sport activities by providing a kitchen / cafe / kiosk, toilet facilities, sports / community uses storage facilities.
KRONEN were working alongside 50 Degrees North (architects).
The application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.
LB Richmond’s planning reference for the approval was “20/3420/FUL” for “The demolition of existing pavilion building and replacement with a single storey community pavilion to accommodate a cafe and kiosk, community space, storage space for sports equipment, public toilets and ancillary storage space”.
