The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames approve a planning application for change of use and alterations and extensions to create a family house on Elm Grove Road in Barnes.
The application was supported by KRONEN’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2021)).
As the proposal was for a family house without off-street parking (due to the physical constraints of the site) and as such the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in the parking survey report.
The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames planning reference was “21/3498/FUL” at 17 Elm Grove Road.
