Approved mixed retail and residential Application and Parking Survey in Dulwich

Lambeth Council approve a planning application to demolish an existing building and construct a new building comprising a ground floor shop with 6 × residential dwellings (comprising 2 × 1-bedroom flats, 1 × 2-bedroom flat and 3 × 3-bedroom houses) with no off-street vehicle parking provision near Dulwich.

The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)).

KRONEN’s Parking Survey report assessed the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact and justified the proposal in accordance with Development Plan policies and National Planning Policy Framework (MHCLG, 2019).

Lambeth Council’s planning reference was “18/05166/FUL”. The description was “Demolition and redevelopment of the site to provide a 3 storey building comprising a ground floor retail unit onto Rosendale Road with basement storage area and two upper floors comprising 2 flats and 1 no. 3 bed house, 1 no. 2 bed maisonette and 1no. 1 bed flat laid over 3 floors, fronting onto Hawarden Grove, along with provision of associated bicycle and refuse storage”. The site was 262 Rosendale Road London SE24 9DL
