The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames approve a planning application for a new dwelling on Richmond Road in Ham.
The application was supported by KRONEN’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2021)).
The proposal was for alterations, extensions and change of use to create a new dwelling without off-street parking (due to the physical constraints of the site), accordingly the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in the parking survey report.
The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames planning reference was 20/0564/FUL.
Site – 311A Richmond Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 5QU.
Description – “Single-storey rear extension to rear of existing shop and part change of use from A1 to C3, to facilitate creation of one one-bedroom two-person dwellinghouse. Construction of external stairway to rear elevation to provide access to existing upper-floor flats and associated cycle and refuse stores”.
