Approved Application and Parking Survey, Ham, Richmond

The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames approve a planning application for a new dwelling on Richmond Road in Ham.

The application was supported by KRONEN’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2021)).

The proposal was for alterations, extensions and change of use to create a new dwelling without off-street parking (due to the physical constraints of the site), accordingly the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in the parking survey report.

The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames planning reference was 20/0564/FUL.
