Recent APPROVAL for the change of use and conversion of a bank to 5 × car free / zero parking apartments in Blackfen, Sidcup in LB Bexley for J & P Atkins Development Limited.

We were appointed after LB Bexley highways / transport department had issued a holding objection.

The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey.

The survey was carried out to both the “Lambeth Methodology” and to local informal survey parameters.

The zero parking element of the proposal needed robust justification in light of the site’s low PTAL with no Permit CPZ controls and LB Bexley’s context as an Outer London Borough.
