Wycombe DC (with Bucks CC as Local Highway Authority) APPROVE planning application “19/05762/FUL” for the “Change of use from residential (C3) to 7-bed HMO (SuiGeneris) (Retrospective)” (application to regularise the change of use as a House in Multiple Occupation) at 55 Hughenden Avenue, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP13 5SL.
