Approved Planning Application and Parking Survey in Crofton Park

Lewisham Council recently approved a planning application for alterations and extensions to a mixed use commercial and residential high street building (former Barclays Bank) to provide 4 × additional flats car free flats in the Crofton Park area.

KRONEN were working alongside RE:DESIGN (architects and agents).

The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)).

Lewisham Council’s planning reference for the approval was “DC/21/121465” for “The reconfiguration of 371-373 Brockley Road SE4 to provide new self-contained dwellings, together with the construction of a three storey rear extension, hip to gable roof extension, rear dormer extension, installation of rooflights in the front roof slope, alterations to the side elevation, provision of cycle/bin store and associated landscaping” at 371-373 Brockley Road, London, SE4 2AG.
