Dover District Council approve a change of use and alterations / extensions planning application for 4 × flats at a former pub (Three Cups Inn) on Crabble Hill in Dover.
KRONEN were instructed to address Kent Highways’ holding objection consultation response.
In response the application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with “Lambeth Methodology” (“Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note” (Lambeth Council, 2021)).
As the proposal was for 4 × flats with no off-street parking spaces the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in the parking survey report.
Dover District Council’s planning reference was “22/01627” for the “Conversion of public house into 4no. self-contained flats with front and rear dormers and associated external alterations” at 59 Crabble Hill, Dover, CT17 0RX.
