Last month Croydon Council virtual planning committee approved a planning application for 6 × dwellings (3 × apartments plus 3 × houses) with 2 × off-street parking spaces in South Norwood.
KRONEN were working alongside Variant Office (architects and agents).
The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)).
Croydon Council’s planning reference for the recent approval was “19/05962/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing house and garage, erection of a part one/part two/part three/part four storey building comprising 3 flats and fronting Lonsdale Road, and erection of 3 detached two storey houses in rear, formation of vehicular access and provision of associated off-street parking, refuse storage, cycle storage, and associated landscaping and boundary treatment” at Lonsdale House, Lonsdale Road, South Norwood, London, SE25 4JL.
