London Borough of Haringey recently approve a planning application for 4 × apartments with no off-street parking spaces in Muswell Hill.

The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)).
LB Haringey’s planning reference for the recent approval was “HGY/2020/0354“ for the “Conversion of 2x flats to 4x flats involving a depth increase of the existing basement; erection of rear extensions on the lower and upper ground floors with associated terraces, patio and excavation of rear garden; alterations to the rear elevation fenestration insertion of a rear roof dormer extension and roof light” at 20 Donovan Avenue, London, N10 2JX.
